Job description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Full Stack Developer to guide and expand our technological initiatives. In this role, you will assist the CTO in managing the technology strategy and lead the development team. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align the technology roadmap with our business objectives and product needs.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain existing and new backend and frontend applications.

Collaborate with the product and UI teams to plan the R&D roadmap.

Work with the Prompt Engineering team to align backend logic.

Collaborate with C-level executives to define the product vision.

Assist the CTO in managing the growing R&D department, including roadmap planning and task management.

Report directly to the CTO and CEO.

Mentor junior developers and assist in building and scaling the R&D team.
Candidate requirements
Must have:

Tech Stack: NestJS, Prisma, NextJS, React, PostgreSQL, Azure.

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and the broader AI landscape.

Experience working within a startup environment, where adaptability and innovation are key to success.
Advantage:

Previous experience scaling tech teams and infrastructure for growth.

A strong understanding of AI-related content and writing applications.
