Job description
We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, starting with two days a week and potentially growing into a full-time position over time. As a Prompt Engineer, you will collaborate with the CPO and the R&D team to develop high-quality AI-driven interactions, craft and refine effective prompts, and ensure that our outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with user expectations and business objectives. Your role will be key in adapting and creating complex prompt structures and flows across various AI models.
Responsibilities

Create, modify, and optimize prompts, models, and outputs to ensure high-quality performance across various use cases.

Design and develop complex prompt chains and flows to drive AI outcomes across different models and missions.

Build and maintain a feedback log to communicate insights and collaborate closely with the R&D team for continuous AI process enhancement.

Research and establish an internal knowledge center focused on AI advancements and prompt engineering practices to support organizational learning.

Test, read, and analyze user interactions and AI deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and improve performance.

Develop and maintain documentation on prompt engineering research, methodologies, and processes to support internal teams and future developments.

Own and manage the backlog of prompt enhancements, continuously iterating on improvements to refine AI accuracy and relevance.
Candidate requirements
Must have:

Experience as a Prompt Engineer.

Strong understanding of prompt design and optimization techniques.

Proficiency in working with LLMs (Large Language Models).

Ability to analyze and refine prompt outputs for accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction.

Experience collaborating with development teams.
Advantage:
