We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team on a part-time basis, starting with two to three days a week and potentially growing into a full-time position over time.


As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Product teams to produce exceptional creative assets that support both our go-to-market efforts and in-product experience. Your work will span from concept development to polished execution across a range of digital and print touch-points, ensuring everything aligns with For Posterity’s mission of preserving the human legacy.

  • Create high-quality visual materials for social media, websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns

  • Design compelling visuals for email marketing, presentations, and promotional materials

  • Develop creative assets for onboarding, product updates, and customer resources

  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touch-points

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into final deliverables

  • Contribute to the evolution of For Posterity’s visual identity and design systems

Requirements

Requirements

Must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer (digital + print)

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Experience building presentations and decks in PowerPoint

  • High attention to detail and refined aesthetic sensibility

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Portfolio showcasing commercial design work across multiple formats

Advantage:

  • Motion graphics skills

  • Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience working with AI tools (midjourny, Weavy, Runway)
