We are seeking a highly experienced freelance marketer or boutique agency to lead digital performance marketing efforts aimed at acquiring active users for Vona — specifically users who register and begin creating stories.
The ideal partner is results-driven, creative, and highly familiar with the B2C SaaS/app space. You'll take ownership of campaigns from strategy to execution, focusing on our main markets (UK, USA), while supporting growth in secondary markets (EU, Australia, South America).
Drive new user registrations and story creation through performance marketing
Test and optimize creative and messaging tailored to emotional storytelling
Build a scalable campaign structure to support international user growth
Collaborate directly with Vona’s leadership to align on goals, messaging, and user feedback
Design and implement organic and paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Continuously test and refine creatives, CTAs, and audience targeting
Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets for maximum ROI
Track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate (registration + story creation), and ROAS
Report performance insights with data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with in-house team to align brand messaging and visuals
(Bonus) Run influencer or opinion leader collaborations to drive reach and engagement
Must have:
Native-level English communication (spoken and written)
Proven experience running B2C user acquisition campaigns for apps or SaaS products
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
Demonstrated success managing performance marketing budgets
Ability to generate and test creative assets (or manage their production)
Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to company leadership
Advantage:
Experience working with influencers or opinion leaders
Understanding of storytelling, emotional marketing, or legacy/personal history products
Multilingual or multicultural campaign experience
This is a contract-based role with an initial 1–3 month engagement to test and iterate. Budget will be set based on experience and performance milestones. Strong performers may be invited to join on a longer-term or retainer basis.
